Although I don’t usually post on a Sunday, I did want to get a quick post up today, since it’s been a while. After Berkeley we spent time in Orland, California, where we had a wonderful visit with relatives (thanks J—, S— and N—!), but we had very limited access to Internet.

However, now we’re in Vancouver! As most of you probably already know, Chris and used to live in Vancouver.  In fact, 11 years ago today I started a job in Vancouver, BC.  Hard to believe it’s been 11 years. While we were here, we eventually lived in a condo that had a wonderful view of English Bay; a similar view of English Bay can be seen from a web cam here to give you the idea.

Look for more updates, photos and food explorations  — and more! — coming starting tomorrow.  We have Internet access here – and we’re here for the next few weeks, with plenty of time to blog. I hope. Stay tuned.
