Food on Fridays: A Taste of Africa

Today on Food on Fridays we visit Simba’s Grill in Vancouver for some African dishes.  I mentioned in passing in a previous post that we’d gone there last week.  But this week I’ve got pictures. :-)

We had quite the feast today, too:

Condiments (coconut cream, shredded coconut, hot sauces)

All of that was very, very tasty. We didn’t really need to get so many things for lunch, of course, since the portions were quite large.

But then again, we have enough left over for another meal tomorrow. Which means, I guess we’ll have Food on Friday on a Saturday, too. Tough work, but somebody’s got to do it… ;-)

  1. On behalf of the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, I’d like to thank you for all you’ve done to boost our tourism rate here. You two foodies will truly be missed.
